Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role:
Responsibilities:
Identify, review and analyse business processes and systems to understand design implications across Business, IT and Operations
Demonstrate strong requirements gathering expertise through usage of techniques such as process modelling, use cases, and documenting business requirements to ensure completeness, relevance, and accuracy.
Support reengineering of processes, where process is one of the many parts of the change, and provide detailed guidance on process design (considering risk, end-to-end and cost)
Support with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on programme plan and provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope
Manage, identify, and escalate risks and issues relating to the delivery of the individual projects, taking proactive action to mitigate then and don't impede Programme delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
Significant recent experience in developing and implementing cross-function business process flows, creating test plans and scripts to document complex business processes
Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning skills to understand end user's requirements and transform them into operational application and technical alternatives
Proven track record of writing business requirements for financial systems
Ability to identify new transformation / automation opportunities through current and future state process assessment, process re-engineering and root cause analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in influencing a senior set of sponsors and stakeholders
A formal business analysis certification is preferred (e.g. CBAP - Certified Business Analyst, CCBA - Certified Competency in Business Analysis)
