Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor key business metrics, track performance, and support data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Technology Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluate technology solutions, software applications, and tools to support business objectives. Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
Change Management: Facilitate change management activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder communication, and training. Support the adoption of new processes and technologies by providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to end-users.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
