Job Summary:
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing and developing requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with clients, development team, and managerial staff.
- Identify the key stakeholders and liaise with them to get the exact requirements or expectations from the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- A good technical grasp and fluency of English enabling confidence in communicating with international clients and UK based Product Owner.
- Gather insights from various stakeholders to produce useful reports
- Ensure Acceptance Criteria is captured in detail, robustly met and ensuring user acceptance testing is undertaken consistently
- Develop prototypes to provide early clarity on the to-be functionality/state, processes and behaviours in collaboration with feedback from key stakeholders
- Identify the risks, system gaps, and opportunities to improve the overall system and processes
- Get the business and stakeholders approval (upon requirements walkthrough) on the final documents and aligned with the technical team as well
- Conduct detailed analysis of new and existing requirements from a variety of sources - create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user stories.
- Document all the functional and technical requirements, processes i.e., AS-IS and TO-BE, etc. in the form of user stories
- Develop prototypes to demonstrate the TO-BE system, processes, and behaviour
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights. Eliminate the requirement conflicts between different stakeholders
- Streamline requirements and ticket management process from initial capture tracing through to ticket completion.
- Monitoring, develop and maintain quality standards for tickets along with regular reports.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and present findings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of requirements management and wider implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and support to peers, clients and end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerBI).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.

- Business Analyst direct certification, accreditation or qualification is highly desirable
