About ELAI AgriTech: ELAI AgriTech is remote sensing and AI-powered technology platform that facilitates and monitors lending to the Agriculture sector. Founded in NOV 2020, ELAI AgriTech is a startup with visionary co-founders who bring expertise from both the technology and agriculture domains, having over two decades of experience running multiple ventures. We are on a mission to transform the way financial institutions, insurance companies and govt. institutions interact with the agriculture sector through innovative SAAS solutions.

Job Description: ELAI AgriTech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst and Product Manager with a strong background in developing and marketing SAAS products in the AgriTech industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the AgriTech sector and be ready to relocate to Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Development: Lead the development of innovative SAAS products tailored for the AgriTech industry, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
  2. Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our SAAS offerings to Banks, NBFCs, Insurance sector and Credit Institutions across target regions.
  3. Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in the financial and agriculture sector, showcasing our SAAS products and solutions to drive client acquisition.
  4. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of ELAI AgriTech's SAAS products and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
  5. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for product development and strategy.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  8. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Business Development team, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the AgriTech industry, specifically in developing and marketing SAAS products.
  • Strong network of contacts in the financial and agriculture industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Pune.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation:

  • Salary: Base Salary of Rs. 18 lacs annually + Sales Incentive
  • ESOPS (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) vested over 4 years
