Job Description: ELAI AgriTech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst and Product Manager with a strong background in developing and marketing SAAS products in the AgriTech industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the AgriTech sector and be ready to relocate to Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Lead the development of innovative SAAS products tailored for the AgriTech industry, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our SAAS offerings to Banks, NBFCs, Insurance sector and Credit Institutions across target regions.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in the financial and agriculture sector, showcasing our SAAS products and solutions to drive client acquisition.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of ELAI AgriTech's SAAS products and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for product development and strategy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Business Development team, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the AgriTech industry, specifically in developing and marketing SAAS products.
- Strong network of contacts in the financial and agriculture industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation:
- Salary: Base Salary of Rs. 18 lacs annually + Sales Incentive
- ESOPS (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) vested over 4 years
