As a Business Analyst and Enablement specialist at Everbridge, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, streamlining operations, and empowering our teams to achieve their best. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and help implement solutions that enhance our operational capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, document workflows, and identify pain points.
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Solution Documentation: Work with the Business Systems team to identify and document technology solutions that address business needs and improve efficiency.
- Project Support: Assist in project management activities, including project planning, tracking, and reporting on progress.
- Enablement Initiatives: Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation to enable teams to use technology effectively.
- Governance Initiatives: Support system governance initiatives to ensure cross-functional teams are engaged and complying with established system governance policies and procedures, fostering a culture of data integrity and security.
- UAT and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure that implemented solutions meet the specified requirements and are error-free.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor post-release performance, gather feedback, and propose refinements to enhance systems and processes.
- Communication: Communicate project updates, issues, and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
