Business Analyst

• The Business Analyst is a pivotal role responsible for analyzing and evaluating various financial aspects of the companys operations to optimize profitability and enhance financial performance

• This role involves conducting comprehensive analyses of job cost sheets, gross profit margins, client profitability, labour costs, and more
• The specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making

Job Role and responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting various financial aspects of the companys operations. Your responsibilities will include the following:

Analyze Revenue from Customers and their profitability margins

Preparing MIS and reporting to Business units.

Reviewing monthly/Qtly/Half Yearly and Annual Financials and preparing variance Analysis

Monthly reporting to financial institution.

Working on the limit renewals with the Financial Institution.

Analyze job cost sheets to identify uncertainty .

To work and analyze the viability of the new projects in pipeline

Working on incentive for the policies in place.

Prepare stock audit documents, renewal documents, and merger-related data for various banks.

Fulfill banking requirements promptly and accurately.

Generate and submit required MIS and specific financial details as requested.

Generate monthly MIS reports and PL statements.

Prepare Comprehensive Financial Analysis (CMA) documents for banks as needed.

Knowledge on Financial ratios .

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.

Solid understanding of financial concepts, cost analysis, and profitability metrics.

Well versed with Excel and other analytical software (Tableau).

Qualifications:

Master in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Preferred CA with 1 to 2 years of experiences in related field
