The business/ systems analysis specialist has a broad and deep knowledge of customers business environments, operations, relevant regulatory, compliance and governance frameworks as well as industry standard processes, key trends, customer segments and lines of businesses. He/ she demonstrates this knowledge and experience to advise on, capture and define business and system requirements and processes that best reflect customer needs, based on product capabilities and best practices.

What will your job look like

• Accurately anticipate current and future business requirements to meet the customer needs
• Ensure high business value based on product capabilities and best practises while ensuring proficient business value between business processes, technology and people.
• Leading customers to efficient solution, by observing the overall picture while maintaining a level of detail appropriate to the context
• Demonstrate deep business and technology expertise
• Identify requirements, assess capability gaps and propose possible solution approach and/ or new capabilities that the project, iteration or work effort should deliver.
• Build positive relationship with the customer IT and business partner group at the most senior levels of the organization and become aware with customer IT plans, budget and business roadmaps!
• Lead E2E solution domain and take full responsibility for own work Lead the work of other internal or external BAs and users (indirectly/ matrix) May provide quality review of BAs work to ensure that the business analysis work is of sufficient quality to meet solution objectives and deliver business value Handle requirements traceability and prioritization.
• Collaborate with project/ line / solution manager on the planning and estimation of BA activities Supervise BA activities, develop and handle requirements management plan
• Responsible for developing and leading practices and standards and IP within the unit/ organization.

All you need is...

. Must have 6-8 years of experience in Workflow & SAP ABAP.
. Design, develop, and maintain SAP Business Workflows and ABAP applications.
. Develop workflow tools such as Workflow Builder, Business Object Builder, and Universal Worklist (UWL).
. Must have strong knowledge in Workflow administration (Restart/repair workflows).
. Experience with object-oriented programming, ABAP Objects, and ABAP Workbench.
. Experience with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, T&E etc.
. Must have experience in OO ALV report, Module Pool programming, User Exit, Customer Exit, Enhancement spots, BADI.
. Must have experience in BAPI, BDC, LSMW, RFC, Web Dynpro
. Must have S/4HANA system conversion experience.
. Must have experience with CDS views, AMDPs, and other HANA-specific features.
. Strong SAP R/3 programming and workbench skills.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
. Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP capability, Standard industry best practice) to produce an optimal business solution.
. Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Adept at understanding customer challenges
