Project portfolio management support:
- Ensuring projects are scoped, initiated, approved, planned, and managed through their life, and closed appropriately according to the Banks standards.
- Monitoring projects implementation including appropriate milestone definition, resources, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions.
- Preparing weekly / monthly status reports
- Communicating progress updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders and escalate in a timely manner.
Business analysis:
- Define and align detailed business requirements with key stakeholders within DB - especially on Business, COO, AFC & Operations side.
- Discuss Business Requirements with external IT vendors, document test scenarios & support testing.
- Coordinate the adjustment of internal and external documents like client contracts, client letters or KOPs.
- Organize and support internal project related trainings and ensure regular communications regarding the same.
Testing coordination:
- Support in definition of test cases for the projects
- Making sure that test cases are well allocated to the testers and properly communicated.
- Ensuring test cases are executed on time and results collected and uploaded in the relevant tools.
Business deployment / Change Management:
- Organize training sessions and monitor attendance.
- Support in the preparation of training material and user guides
- Support in preparation of the internal communication
Your skills and experiences
- Previous extensive experience in performing a Project Manager role (at least 5-6 years)
- PMP/ BA certification will be a definite plus.
- Proven delivery of projects in a complex, international, and dynamic environment
- Experience in problem solving and working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality output.
- Knowledge gained in Financial Services environments and know-how of Wealth Management business, for example products, instruments, trade lifecycles, regulation, risk, financial reporting, or accounting.
- High proficiency in standard productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio)
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Very good communication & presentation skills
- Proficiency in German would be a distinct and added advantage.
