Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on lead generation, working diligently across multiple types of leads to support the business development team.
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars to ensure smooth operations.
- Handling all administrative tasks related to lead generation and business growth.
- Maintaining databases and ensuring accurate tracking of leads and communications.
- Working closely with the business development team to support ongoing outreach efforts.
- Ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining excellent communication with prospects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or lead generation role is mandatory. Please do not apply if you lack relevant experience.
- Ability to work across various lead types and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the marketing industry is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in scheduling software and CRM tools.
