Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified Business account Executive to join our Sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

- Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Manage the inside sales representatives team and ensure to meet individual as well as branch sales target.
Regular Meetings with customers to address concerns and provide satisfactory solutions.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Build relationships with key employees among customers.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.
Build an open-communication environment for your team.
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes.
Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
Monitor competition within assigned region.
- Required Experience and Qualifications
- Work experience as a Sales Representative.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.- Proficiency in English & Basic Math skills.
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
Resilient with a proven track record in sales.
- B.Sc in Marketing or Business Administration or a Diploma in Sales .techniques is a plus
