- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors to ensure long-term

collaboration.

3. *Market Research & Lead Generation:*

- Conduct market research to identify trends and business

opportunities.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry

events.

- Build and maintain a strong database of prospects for franchise and

sponsorship sales.

4. *Client Relationship Management:*

- Manage relationships with franchise owners and sponsors to ensure

continued engagement.

- Address queries and provide assistance to clients and partners to

maintain satisfaction.

5. *Sales Strategy & Execution:*

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

- Track and report on sales performance, preparing weekly and monthly

reports for management.

6. *Team Collaboration:*

- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and legal teams to

ensure seamless execution of sales deals.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sponsorship
