Procure General and Life Insurance premium from the market as per the target set by the Company Provide best possible Insurance package to the Clients with highest level of pre and post sales services Continuously explore new markets for generation of fresh Insurance business both in Corporate and retail lines Presenting the Company and its services to the Clients, Insurers and other related parties in the most professional manner Maintain excellent business relationship with various General and Life Insurers. Able to generate brokerage revenue of 3 times (2 times in the 1st year) the CTC received. Full technical, sales and operational support will be provided from the Head office.
Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills. Strong Understanding of the Insurance market and various Insurance products Willing to travel. Smart working and target driven Ready to make a long term association with the Company as a pro-active team player. . Outstanding oral and Computer presentation skills. Preferably owning a 4/2 wheeler.
