Location: Nagarbhavi, Bangalore

Package: Up to 4.5 LPA

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about the financial markets We're looking for a Brokerage Support professional to join our team, where you'll manage trading systems, oversee risk management, and provide consultative support to clients.

What You'll Do:

- Ensure uptime and reliability of trading systems by monitoring and maintaining infrastructure.

- Provide clients with consultative support on products and services, resolving queries and issues quickly.

- Manage and oversee internal trading infrastructure, including order management and liquidity systems.

- Conduct analysis on client platform usage and provide guidance for effective utilization.

- Monitor essential systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless trading operations.

- Investigate and resolve trade-related issues, maintaining client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or brokerage technology.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

- Strong analytical skills and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or related fields.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Prior experience with MetaTrader 4/5 and SQL is a plus.
