nWe have a fantastic opportunity in our Technology team for a Broadcast Support Engineer.n
n
nThis role will be based in our brand-new Hyderabad office, and you will work on call and in shifts. Join us in India's beautiful City of Pearls and bring your ambition to life.n
nAs our new Broadcast Support Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to:n

• Monitoring of DAZN's critical broadcast systemsn
• Act as an escalation point for operations teams in resolving technical faults.n
• Provide regular maintenance of broadcast playout and related production equipment.n
• Follow best practice and procedure on internal and external ITSM systems.n
• Attending meetings with team leaders and senior engineers to improve process and instructional guidance documentation.n
• Communication and escalation with vendorsn

You'll be set up for success if you have:n

• Knowledge of broadcast technology including playout, IP networking, contribution, and video and audio encodingn
• Experience with technical fault finding and root cause analysis.n
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or similarn
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Dataminer, Grafana or similar.n
• Experience working on 24/7 shift patterns.n

Even better if you have:n

• Knowledge of Cloud and Virtualisation technologiesn
• Awareness of current OTT encoding technologies.n
