Job Description

Principal Engagement/Management
Execution of all the marketing activities in accordance with Brand s guidelines.
Assisting with the Launch of a New brand / franchise as per brand s VM sales strategy.
Co-ordinating with the Internal teams (MIS, VM Operations) to ensure all the reports are sent on time to brand plans executed successfully.
Execute all the OOH campaign, Podium activities, SOH takeovers as planned with Principal.
Reconciliation of Debit Credit notes with brands and internal accounts team.
Co-ordinating with the warehouse team to ensure the delivery and inward of brand shipments.
Daily, Weekly Monthly reporting to Principal.
POC for all retailers.
Facilitating the closure of all store layouts by coordinating with the retailers and regional managers for counter space.
Acting as a conduit between with the regional team, internal teams, and retailers.
Managing the communication of offers to the respective retailers.
Assist in planning store activities and personally handling client needs, requirements, store shortfalls, and compliance.
Manage and maintain all online and offline retail platforms.
Oversee all catalogue and content-related tasks for various marketplaces.
Conduct weekly competitor analysis for new collections, offers, and pricing.
Daily management of sales data, brand performance, and budget tracking.
Maintain various productivity trackers to enhance efficiency.
Conduct regular store/market visits for on-ground insights
Main partners
Brand Team, Logistics Team, Accounts Team, Sales Team, Retail Team, Regional Head, Marketing /Social Media Team, E-Comm Team
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience Graduate in Marketing, business management
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Advanced Excel.
Preferably from Beauty Industry/ Retail Background/Fragrance or skin care/Fashion
Multitasking and strong time management skills
