Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branding and Corporate Communications Head with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing our brand strategy, managing public relations, and overseeing internal and external communications in alignment with our global marketing vision. Working closely with the global marketing team, the ideal candidate will bring strategic, creative, and collaborative expertise to enhance our brand's reputation and deliver consistent messaging across all channels. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential to foster alignment and engagement across global and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Global Alignment:

Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the company's global marketing goals and objectives.

Ensure a consistent and unified brand identity across all touchpoints, working in close collaboration with the global marketing team.

Conduct regular brand audits and manage brand standards to maintain integrity and alignment globally and locally.

Monitor market trends and leverage global insights to continually evolve and position the brand effectively.

Corporate Communications

Oversee the corporate communication strategy, managing both internal and external messaging in alignment with global standards.

Plan and execute PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's overall narrative and global marketing priorities.

Build and maintain relationships with media to maximize positive coverage and brand visibility.

Develop crisis communication strategies and uphold the brand's reputation, ensuring consistency with global guidelines.

Content Development & Storytelling

Create brand narratives and corporate messaging that resonate across diverse markets and align with the global content strategy.

Collaborate with the global marketing team and other departments to ensure a cohesive and engaging content approach.

Champion storytelling that reinforces brand values, fosters brand loyalty, and strengthens global brand positioning.

Leadership & Team Management

Work closely with cross-functional teams globally and locally to maintain unified messaging and brand objectives.

Encourage professional development and foster a collaborative environment across team members and departments.

Stakeholder Engagement

Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including, customers, partners, internal teams and media.

Represent the brand and company in key public engagements and press events, as required.

Prepare presentations, speeches, and other critical communications for senior leadership, ensuring alignment with global messaging.

Measurement & Analysis

Define KPIs for branding and communications initiatives and report on effectiveness in alignment with global metrics.

Leverage analytics to refine strategies, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve the brand's impact.

Incorporate best practices to strengthen brand reputation and market positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in branding and corporate communications.

Proven success in managing brand strategy and communications in collaboration with a global marketing team.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, public relations, media relations, and content strategy.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.

Experience in crisis communication, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.

Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to global and regional dynamics.

Proficiency with branding and communications tools, platforms, and metrics.
