Job Summary:
The Branding and Marcomm Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies and communication plans to enhance the brand's visibility, reputation, and engagement. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure brand consistency and leveraging multiple channels to communicate the brand's message effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Management:
-Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
-Maintain and enhance the brand's identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
-Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform branding decisions.
Marketing Communications:
-Plan, create, and manage marketing communications campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
-Develop compelling content for various channels, including social media, websites, email newsletters, press releases, and print materials.
-Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
Digital Marketing:
-Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with the audience.
-Develop and manage online advertising campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, and display advertising.
-Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and achieve marketing goals.
Public Relations:
-Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
-Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
-Handle media inquiries and coordinate interviews, press conferences, and other PR events.
Event Management:
-Plan and execute branding and marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, and corporate events.
-Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
-Analyze event outcomes and gather feedback to improve future events.
Internal Communications:
-Develop and manage internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged with the company's brand and initiatives.
-Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
Budget Management:
-Develop and manage the branding and marketing communications budget.
-Track expenses and ensure all activities are within budget and provide a strong return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications and Skills:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in branding, marketing communications, or a related role.
-Strong understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools).
-Ability to create engaging content and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
-Creativity and an eye for design, with experience working with graphic designers and other creatives.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
