Brand Strategist
Note: This position is open only for candidates in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. Applications from other locations will not be considered.

Core Mission:
We are seeking a skilled Brand Strategist with a proven track record of delivering impactful strategies.
You will have to maintain a long term vision of the main brand goals and align monthly, quarterly and yearly campaigns to it.
You will take ownership of brand positioning, creating campaigns that help the brand achieve specific objectives as needed from time to time.
Acting as the main client liaison, you'll develop, implement, and refine strategies that elevate brand presence and strengthen client relationships.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop quarterly and annual brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create and execute monthly content calendars, overseeing content delivery across approved channels.
- Design and launch engaging, multi-channel campaigns (organic social, employer branding, recruitment marketing, internal).
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; refine strategies as needed.
- Conduct competitor analysis to establish brand differentiation.
- Identify growth opportunities to enhance brand visibility and appeal.
- Build strategies to attract top talent and showcase company culture.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Lead projects from concept to completion, collaborating with creative and marketing teams.
- Regularly assess campaign outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to pitches and proposal development.
Core Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in an agency environment, managing high-profile clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, campaign development, and performance analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration.
- Proven ability to create data-driven strategies and refine based on performance metrics.
- Skilled in competitor analysis and identifying market trends.
- Familiarity with content management and social media tools.
- Excellent project management skills to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
