Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Strategist located in Delhi/Jaipur. As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, overseeing the branding process, and managing brand development projects. You will also be responsible for effective communication and establishing brand guidelines.
Reporting relationship
Primary reporting to Marketing Head of the company
Eligibility Criteria (Experience, Qualification, Skills)
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Additional certifications or courses in brand management, advertising, or strategic marketing preferred.
Experience
Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or Ayurveda industry.
Proven track record of successful brand development and management.
Experience in analyzing market trends and consumer insights to develop effective brand strategies.
Skills required
Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media trends.
Knowledge of Ayurveda or wellness industry trends is a plus.

Job description
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to establish and fortify the company's brand identity within the Ayurveda industry.
Interact with leadership, marketing head and cross-functional teams to ensure brand strategies align with overarching business objectives.
Translate brand strategy into business plans, go-to-market strategies, and marketing activity calendar.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new initiatives/approach for brand promotion.
Drive the creation of innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Work with Multi-functional teams (product, regulatory and QA) for ideation on marketing for new products and ensure timely execution of projects.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
Provide guidance and support to internal teams.
