Brief Summary:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Digital Marketing projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, allocate resources, and manage project risks. This role requires strong leadership, client handling and communication with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of Digital Marketing projects while leading and guiding with a team of digital marketing personnel.
- Creation and execution of project plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Conduct frequent check-ins with all clients and internal stakeholders. Communicate progress, demonstrate the operations of web products, and collect feedback.
- Ensure required documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately; participate in their creation where necessary.
- Manage project budget, monitor for overages, and advise client and internal stakeholders on impending budgetary events.
- Work effectively and efficiently with team members in other departments, including but not limited to: Sales, Other Project Managers, Branding, Design, and Development Teams.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Provide the Senior Management with full updates on your meetings with clients.
The Ideal Candidate must possess:
- Up to date industry knowledge on trends and advancement in Digital Marketing.
- At least 3 years of Digital Marketing Agency Background.
- Advanced Knowledge in Performance Marketing (Google Ads and Meta Ads)
- Ability to assess and decide on KPIs for Digital Marketing projects to track throughout the process.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience in running successful digital marketing campaigns in social, display, retargeting, influencer/social proof and email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to decide on appropriate placements and channels for paid and organic channels.
- Experience working within social media marketing tools such as Agorapulse, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other various tracking programs. Possess the ability to use these tools to track and analyze website traffic and relate into campaign reporting.
- Experience working within HubSpot, Asana, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Wordpress, Shopify or any comparable CMS.
