Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in the delivery of brand services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and production, to develop and execute brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops to gather requirements, present proposals, and discuss project progress.
  • Manage client expectations, timelines, and budgets, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders on project status, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, working closely with sales and account management teams to maximize revenue.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in brand services, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client management or account management roles, preferably in a branding or marketing agency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and impactful brand solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Skills:

  • Client Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Project Management: Planning, executing, and managing brand projects from concept to delivery.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic Thinking: Developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated brand solutions.

Preferred:

  • Experience in branding, marketing, or advertising agency environment.
  • Knowledge of branding principles, marketing trends, and industry best practices.
