Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, working closely with sales and account management teams to maximize revenue.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in brand services, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in client management or account management roles, preferably in a branding or marketing agency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
