As a Brand Sales Specialist, you will work closely with founders, CXOs, and key stakeholders to help drive the growth of our business. You'll have the opportunity to take on diverse roles and lead a variety of sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs and founders.
-Develop and execute strategies to drive brand sales and growth.
-Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
-Provide solutions to client challenges, focusing on long-term value creation.
-Track and analyse performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
-Manage multiple sales campaigns simultaneously, ensuring effective time management and priority setting.
-Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to inform strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications:
-3-4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
-Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Strong communication and presentation skills, with a solutions-first mindset.
-Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and take ownership of projects.
