Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Brand Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by developing relationships with brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential brands, and businesses that can benefit from Digital performance marketing campaigns
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by selling marketing solutions
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and developing customized marketing strategies
- Campaign Development: Work closely with the marketing team for sharing detailed brief(client requirement) to develop and pitch campaign ideas, coordinate with execution team and ensure campaign objectives are met
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables for performance marketing campaigns with direct clients.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new marketing strategies in performance marketing to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions
- Client Retention: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction, resulting in renewals and upselling opportunities for future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing on web and mobile and digital marketing trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
