What Youll Do
Influence senior level thinking and move clients to action through bespoke market research-driven studies. Work with multi-discplinary teams to address clients business and brand needs with research-backed insights / inputs and recommendations.
- Work on client projects mainly across Middle East Africa, leveraging various research methodologies (incl. quantitative and qualitative techniques), and statistical frameworks / tools such as Conjoint, Cluster, KDA analysis, etc.
- Execute different phases of a market research study including but not limited to:
- Translating the clients business and brand challenges into research design
- Developing questionnaires / discussion guides
- Briefing third-party research partners and supervising fieldwork
- Perform quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy
- Analyse and interpret data using Landor frameworks and statistical tools
- Creating actionable brand-led insights and compelling reports to clients
- Form recommendations on a variety of branding topics; and sharing insights through compelling stories and succinct syntheses.
- Be responsible for quality and timely delivery of internal and client deliverables
- Collaborate with brand strategists, organizational culture experts, creative designers, and other colleagues to deliver data-driven, relevant insights and recommendations for our clients.
- Support the senior leadership in building Landor and Brand Performance reputation, particularly in what regards quality, client service and deliverables excellence.
What Youll Need
- You will have experience across a range of research (Quantitative & Qualitative) methodologies, and analytical tools such as Conjoint, Regression, Cluster, Brand Valuation, etc.
- You will have a strong balance of thought and action and a passion for understanding a clients business and arriving at insights that solve their challenges via their brand.
- You will have proven experience on complex research projects.
- You will have an inherent curiosity and be an innovative thinker with the ability to see the big picture, present and future, and explore possibilities with the client.
- You will be results-focused, data-driven and collaborative and possess an enthusiastic approach grounded in firm strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
