JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities (KRA)
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and
prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Explore potential partnerships and structure partnership agreements to drive user
acquisition, traffic, and brand awareness.
Build strategic relationships with brands for In-Gym Ad Sales, prospective partners and manage
complex partnerships to achieve the company's goals.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms by negotiating attractive deals.
Qualifications/Skills:
Key initiative planning and execution
Strategic Thinking
Written and Oral Presentations Skills
Business analysis
Financial acumen
Strong relationship-building and collaborative skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
MBA Preferred
3-5 Years of experience in marketing (Brand marketing communications strategic alliances
corporate sales)
