Job Description

The Brand Partner will build and manage strategic relationships with brands, startups, and corporate partners. The primary objective is to increase brand visibility by featuring their stories on our platform through media content, sponsorships, and partnerships. The ideal candidate must have extensive industry knowledge and experience to forge high-value collaborations that align with the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand and Partnerships:

  • Proactively engage with brands and startups to discuss partnership opportunities and feature their stories.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual value and collaboration.
  • Facilitate partnership deals to increase brand visibility and market presence for the media company and the clients.

2. Strategic Collaboration & Content Integration:

  • Collaborate closely with the editorial and content teams to ensure seamless integration of brand stories into our media platform.
  • Develop strategies to deliver branded content while maintaining editorial integrity.
  • Create customized branded content and sponsorship packages that align with the partners objectives.

3. Revenue & Business Development:

  • Drive revenue through strategic partnerships, advertising packages, and sponsorship deals.
  • Identify and create new partnership opportunities to expand the company's reach and impact.
  • Develop competitive pricing models and partnership offerings to maximize revenue potential.

4. Industry Engagement & Networking:

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and expos to represent the company and establish industry connections.
  • Build the company's reputation as a trusted media partner for startups and brands looking to enhance their visibility.
  • Stay current on industry trends, startup ecosystems, and content marketing strategies to identify new opportunities.

5. Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring high client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Provide partners with regular updates, performance reports, and insights on their campaigns.
  • Grow and retain partnerships by consistently delivering high-value solutions and meeting client expectations.

6. Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead a small team focused on identifying potential partnerships, managing partner relationships, and closing deals.
  • Mentor and guide team members, ensuring they meet performance goals and contribute to business growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1+ years) in partnerships, business development, or brand collaborations within the media, advertising, or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong network within the startup ecosystem, corporate sectors, and brand marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value partnership deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with editorial teams to integrate branded content while maintaining quality.
  • In-depth understanding of digital media trends, brand storytelling, and content-driven marketing strategies.
  • MBA, BBA, or relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.

Internship Opportunity & Deal-Based Compensation:

We offer an internship for this role with a stipend of 5,000 to 10,000. In addition, for every successfully closed deal, you will receive up to 20% of the ticket size of the deal as commission.
