JD :
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital brand strategy.
- Improve CTR, open rates, audience reach, CAC, RoAS and creative throughput
- Inspire the design team to create engaging and visually compelling marketing material.
- Craft engaging copies for various platforms.
- Own the production of marketing materials to ensure quality and in-time deliveries.
- Analyze brand performance metrics for strategic optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand alignment.
- Drive innovation and introduce new-age tools and practices in brand marketing - design and copywriting.
- Streamline workflows for efficient brand asset creation.
- Maintain brand consistency, quality, and creativity.
- Foster a collaborative and creative team environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of digital brand marketing ops experience, focusing on design and copywriting.
- Experience in guiding teams in one or more design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite etc.).
- Hands-on copywriting experience with a customer-centric mindset is a must.
- Experience in designing performance-based experience will be preferred
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills are required
