About Amaha

Amaha was founded in 2016 with the vision of making high-quality mental healthcare accessible to Indians and their families struggling with mental illness - so they can feel better, get better, and stay better.

We are a mental health organization that provides high-quality care to individuals and their families who are struggling with any and all kinds of mental illnesses. To cater to the varying mental health needs of Indians, Amaha offers an ecosystem of mental healthcare - that includes 1-1 support with qualified therapists and psychiatrists, self-care tools, as well as peer support through an online community. Amaha has a strong digital and offline presence - in addition to online care delivered on our website and app, we provide in-person treatment and support through our centers in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

Amaha also partners with various types of organizations - including workplaces, colleges, and insurance partners - in order to extend mental healthcare to their members.

In 2022, Amaha joined hands with Children First, an organization based out of Delhi that offers mental healthcare to children and youth, to be able to provide care across the lifespan - from childhood to old age.

Dr. Amit Malik, founder and CEO of Amaha, has over two decades of experience working in mental health globally and brings his clinical and entrepreneurial expertise to the table. In 2019, Ms. Neha Kirpal, a social entrepreneur and global mental health ambassador, joined Amaha as Co-founder and brought her lived experience insights to the organization.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Brand) to spearhead brand awareness and engagement strategies at Amaha. In this role, you will develop compelling messaging, define brand positioning, and ensure consistency across all communication channels. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will align marketing efforts with business goals to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies aimed at enhancing awareness, engagement, and perception of Amaha
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand consumer behavior, identify market trends, and monitor competitor activities
  • Define and articulate the brand's voice, messaging, positioning, and visual identity to effectively resonate with target audiences
  • Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and content platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, content, design, and customer success to integrate brand strategies into overall marketing initiatives
  • Manage and optimize brand communication channels such as website content, social media presence, email campaigns, and PR activities
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of brand marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and impact within the mental health community and related sectors
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets, allocate resources to maximize ROI, and achieve strategic objectives

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing roles, ideally within consumer-first companies
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute brand marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in market research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitor monitoring
  • Proven track record in multi-channel campaign management and brand development
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for mental health are essential
