Talasha has been mandated to hire a Brand Marketing Manager for a non - profit start up that is collectively working to re-invent India's schools.They are building a network of schools & after schools centre that are offering children from low income households expanded opportunities to succeed
Responsibilities -
- Own the NGO's brand marketing & communications strategy end to end
- Ideate and execute compelling digital campaigns across social media, website, emailers and other online channels to help create brand awareness and resonance with the relevant target group
- Own the media outreach programmes, public relation strategy, print media strategy and offline events & activations to further the startup's messaging and increase footprint
- Amplify the NGO's programmes by collaborating with influencers and ambassador communities
- Host flagship events - online as well as offline -to further brand messaging
- Conceptualise and own the NGO's external communications across social media, website and PR efforts & collaborate with external design teams and ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across editorial, photography & messaging
Good to Have -
- At least 4 years experience in brand marketing roles
- Experience in both online & offline marketing & branding domains
- Communication skills - both written & oral
- Experience in design & creatives domains
CTC - Rs. 14-16Lakhs (Basis last drawn)
