Job Description

Designation: Brand Manager

Job Summary: The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing our brand and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement. This role requires a versatile generalist with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and event planning. Experience in the coliving industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data driven decisions to improve effectiveness.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create compelling and engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Develop multimedia content including videos, infographics.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with our community members, partners, and influencers.
  • Organize and host community events, both online and offline, to promote engagement and strengthen our brand community.
  • Gather feedback from the community to inform marketing strategies and improve our offerings.
  • Event Planning:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including product launches, webinars, workshops, and networking events.
  • Manage event logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-up to ensure a seamless and successful execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in branding, marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Experience in the coliving industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
