We are looking for a candidate who has insightful understanding of the brand and can professionally handle HNI/UHNI Clients. The candidate should have the ability to think big, delivering innovative strategic solutions, In order to successfully translate a brand's strategy or story into marketing collateral and campaigns, a candidate needs to successfully collaborate with creative teams, someone who could direct, oversee, and sign off on creative elements to ensure that materials adhere to set guidelines and are in line with the current brand strategy, can ensure that the products, services, and product lines that fall under their brand resonate with current and potential customers.
Experience- 8+ years
Education- Masters Degree in Luxury Management, Marketing or a similar area of discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes defining the brand's positioning, target audience, messaging, and unique selling propositions.
- Brand Identity Management: Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the brand's visual identity, including logo, typography, color palette, and brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, and digital platforms. Define and refine the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market.
- New Development: Identifying and pursuing opportunities for acquiring new clients and business accounts through outstation appointments, architect & clients, and site visits for bespoke acquisition.
- Marketing and Communications: Develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and values. This includes overseeing advertising, PR initiatives, social media, influencer partnerships, and events. Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics. Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high- level placement in print, broadcast and online media.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in the luxury goods sector. Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth and brand expansion in International Markets.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand execution across all channels.
- Brand Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns. Regularly analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Key requirement:
- Previous experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
