The Solved Skin

Built out of a deep conviction on what good skincare looks like, The Solved Skin is on a mission to help people with skin concerns like acne get clear, healthy, skin through simple to use everyday products that are really effective and build skin health over time.

While working with Unilever at some of the biggest beauty brands in the country, Divanshee noticed a troubling gap between promises made by skincare products and their actual results. So, we're here to change the face of the beauty industry, and make people believe that right skincare can actually work and help them get The Solved Skin.

Brand & NPD Manager

We're looking for someone, who loves speaking to consumers, and understanding exactly what is it that they want. You'll be responsible for holding brand's identity across multiple touchpoints, while ensuring all communication is based on sharply articulated consumer insights and create some amazing marketing campaigns. You'll also use your understanding of consumers to identify new product opportunities, and bring them to life by working with R&D teams. You'll work directly with Divanshee, whose love for skincare and consumers would likely infect you with delight and passion for this work. Key Responsibilities

  • Insights Mastermind Be a consumer expert. Conduct Consumer surveys, have one on one conversations to understand the consumer inside out.
  • Marketing Campaigns translate insights into marketing campaigns which further convert into ad campaigns and social media content strategy.
  • New product Development identify NPD opportunities, write briefs, work with R&D labs to get samples, and get the product ready for launch (with all packaging designs & content in place)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience having worked in a brand development role in Unilever, P&G, L'oreal, or any other beauty/D2C company.
