Job Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Brand Manager to build and expand beverage category. As a Brand Manager, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that position our dairy product as a leading, health-focused premium beverage in the market. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative innovation, and data-driven decision-making to drive category growth, consumer engagement, and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development and Positioning:
- Define and develop the brands identity, emphasizing the natural health benefits of dairy products and differentiating it as a premium choice in the dairy and beverage markets.
- Craft compelling brand narratives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels, reinforcing the products health benefits, quality, and premium nature.
Category Growth Strategy:
- Build a strategic roadmap to drive the growth, expanding brand reach in both urban and tier-II cities.
- Leverage consumer insights to identify target segments, refine product offerings, and adjust pricing and promotional strategies.
Marketing Campaigns and Activation:
- Develop and execute innovative 360-degree marketing campaigns to engage and educate consumers.
- Plan and manage digital, social media, influencer marketing, and in-store promotions to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
Product Innovation:
- Collaborate with R&D to identify opportunities, limited-edition offerings, or packaging innovations that align with the premium positioning.
- Ensure products meet the high-quality standards that resonate with health-conscious consumers.
Budget and Financial Management:
- Oversee and manage brand budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and achieving maximum return on investment across campaigns.
- Conduct performance tracking and analysis to inform future spending, strategy shifts, and investment in high-growth areas.
Sales and Distribution Support:
- Partner with sales teams if required create a unique sales team to create promotional plans that increase visibility and availability in premium retail locations and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and optimize distribution channels to ensure accessibility across targeted regions.
Consumer Insights and Trend Analysis:
- Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Gather customer feedback and leverage data to refine marketing strategies and improve the overall consumer experience.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced marketing certification preferred.
Experience: 5-8 years in brand management within the FMCG, dairy, or beverage industry, ideally with experience in premium or health-focused products.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Proven experience with digital marketing, influencer strategies, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Understanding of the dairy industry is a plus.
