Devise and develop the overall brand marketing plans/GTM Strategy (ATL+ SM+ Influencer) to increase salience and brand awareness.
You will be providing essential information for defining the following KPIS: brand targets, sales mix, and budget allocation in collaboration with the Marketing Manager of the assigned category
Additionally, you will support the development of the annual strategic plan and assist in defining portfolio strategies, including product positioning and pricing strategies.
Overseeing communication development from conception to execution.
Collaborate on defining strategies, drive material development activities, and assess ongoing promotions effectiveness.
Define and implement high impact channel marketing programs for focused EP (Existing product). Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to ensure brand growth and market share.

Sales forecasting, monitor Profit and Loss statements, analyses sales/consumer KPIs and competitors, and conduct surveys to assess brand image and customer preferences.
Marketing Strategy: Develop data-driven marketing strategies by analyzing economic indicators, tracking supply and demand dynamics, understanding customer needs, and monitoring competitive landscapes.
Needle movement across all marketing 4ps from digital lens (Price, promotion, product and positioning.
