Key Responsibilities: BDM
Sponsorship and Partnership Acquisition:
- Identify and approach potential sponsors and partners within the sustainability, gender equality, climate action, and veganism sectors.
- Develop and present compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to potential partners in these genres.
- Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements to meet revenue and growth targets.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective sponsors and partners.
- Ensure sponsors receive maximum value from their partnerships through effective communication and by fulfilling agreed-upon deliverables.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for partnerships in the sustainability, gender equality, climate action, and veganism sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sponsorship revenue and brand partnerships.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to refine approaches and proposals.
Content Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the content team to integrate sponsors into the podcast and other brand-related content seamlessly.
- Ensure all sponsorship and partnership integrations maintain the authenticity and integrity of the personal brand and podcast.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of sponsorship campaigns and partnerships.
- Prepare detailed reports on sponsorship effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to management on progress and results.
Event Participation:
- Represent the personal profile and podcast at industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote sponsorship opportunities.
- Organize and attend meetings with potential sponsors and partners.
