Job Description

Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: Thiruvanmiyur Chennai

Job Purpose:

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and promote brand loyalty. The Brand Manager will oversee all aspects of brand management, including market research, product development, marketing campaigns, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

Develop comprehensive brand strategies and plans to define brand positioning, target audience segmentation, and brand messaging.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.

Brand Identity and Visual Design:

Define and maintain the brand identity, including brand logos, colors, typography, and visual assets, to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to develop brand assets, packaging designs, advertising materials, and other brand collateral.

Product Development and Innovation:

Work closely with product development teams to align product offerings with brand objectives and customer preferences.

Drive innovation and new product development initiatives to expand the brand portfolio and meet evolving market demands.

Marketing and Promotional Campaigns:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives to engage target audiences.

Brand Communications and Public Relations:

Manage brand communications across various channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, and social media networks, to maintain brand visibility and relevance.

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive publicity and enhance brand reputation.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including brand awareness, brand perception, and customer engagement, to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and initiatives.

Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate brand performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in brand management or marketing.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity, with the ability to develop innovative brand strategies and solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in brand management software, marketing analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.

Working Conditions:

The Brand Manager will primarily work in an office environment but may also attend client meetings, industry events, and promotional activities as needed.

The role may require occasional travel to visit retail locations, attend trade shows, or participate in market research activities.
