We are looking for a Brand Manager / Social Media Executive with 0-3 years of experience in the FMCG industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for branding, social media, and marketing, as well as an in-depth understanding of the Indian market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Create and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans
- Manage budgets and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in brand management or social media marketing in the FMCG industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
- Knowledge of the Indian market and consumer behavior
