Who we are looking for:
- A MBA in Marketing with 4 years and above years of experience
- This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
What you will be doing:
- Developing Marketing Strategies: Formulate and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to promote brand visibility.
- Creating Media Designs: Design and layout content for various media outlets to ensure appealing and effective communication.
- Content Creation: Write engaging pitches, blog posts, and articles to support marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Branding Cost Management: Make informed decisions regarding the budget and cost-effectiveness of branding initiatives.
- Customer Spending Analysis: Analyze trends in customer spending to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Conducting Market Research: Perform in-depth market research to identify opportunities and guide strategic planning.
- Overseeing Business Functions: Manage a wide range of business functions, including branding, communication channels, product development, and promotions (both online and offline).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and drive sales growth.
- Budget and Sales Forecasting: Develop marketing budgets, forecast sales figures, and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
- Brand Growth Promotion: Implement strategies to promote brand growth and expansion.
- Executing Brand Plans: Implement comprehensive brand plans to achieve marketing objectives.
