Job Description
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to build and strengthen the company's brand identity. This includes managing all branding initiatives, overseeing creative development, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. The Brand Manager partners closely with the marketing team to create compelling brand campaigns and experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty among the target audience. The Brand Manager will handle Marketing and Brand communications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury real estate environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the brand strategy to support the company's overall business objectives
- Oversee and guide the creative development of all brand assets, including logos, website, advertising, social media, etc. and ensure that all communication is error free
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and positioning
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities to enhance the brand
- Measure and report on brand health metrics, such as awareness, perception, and loyalty
- Manage the brand budget and optimize marketing spend to drive the best return on investment
- Train and educate internal teams on brand guidelines and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging best practices in branding and marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, from Hospitality / FMCG or similar industries with experience having worked with a luxury brand
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
- Strong creative and design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for building and nurturing authentic brand experience
