Brand Manager

The Role:

• Manage brand strategy and adherence to corporate guidelines, ensuring consistent and effective communication of the brand's value proposition.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content aligned with brand standards.
• Plan and execute country-specific brand marketing frameworks and budgets in coordination with regional teams.
• Upskill internal teams on brand management and ensure brand integrity in all marketing initiatives, including product launches and promotional events.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of a centralized library of brand assets, including presentations, videos, and promotional materials.
• Evaluate and manage vendor relationships for marketing services.

Requirements:

• University degree
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or sales, preferably in a multinational or agricultural/chemical industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in brand strategy, project management, and crafting brand guidelines and toolkits.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools for marketing and communication.
