Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with NEWME's vision and business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Marketing and Promotions:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Oversee the creation of promotional materials and content for both online and offline channels.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Buying and Merchandising:

Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to curate collections that reflect brand identity while reflecting current trend.

Ensure product assortments align with brand positioning and marketing strategies.

Analyse sales data and market trends to inform future buying decisions.

Online and Offline channel Management:

Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience in both online and offline channel

Ensure brand consistency and quality across all retail touchpoints.

Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize design elements across stores and digital interfaces.

Agency Collaboration:

Act as the primary liaison between NEWME and external agencies, ensuring alignment and execution of brand strategies.

Manage agency relationships to deliver high-impact campaigns and creative assets.

Market and Consumer Research:

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity.

Utilize insights to refine branding strategies and identify new opportunities.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Track expenses and ROI for all branding activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in brand management
  • Proven experience in an agency setting with a focus on fashion or retail brands
  • Strong understanding of both online and offline retail environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in buying, merchandising, and marketing
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in market analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
