About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Manager who will be the driving force behind our ground level efforts, with deep expertise and experience in executing company initiatives. From overseeing Meritto Roots, the largest exclusive gathering of education industry leaders, to organizing Meritto Evolve, our exclusive user conference nationwide, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence.

Role Summary

As the Brand Manager focusing on ground-level execution of events and offline activities, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to creative ideation and concept development to create innovative and impactful offline campaigns and initiatives.
  • Developing engaging customer campaigns and schemes while measuring their effectiveness to optimize future strategies.
  • Strategizing, planning, and executing marketing communication projects that drive brand engagement and awareness.
  • Defining brand positioning and marketing strategy for various products, ensuring consistency and alignment across all offline efforts.
  • Collaborating closely with the right stakeholders to develop positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
  • Working in tandem with the sales team to provide sales support, defining a set of sales tools and materials that effectively communicate our brand value.
  • Taking charge of the development and implementation of communication and point-of-sale strategies to enhance brand visibility and impact.

What You Need

  • 3- 8 years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of success. Your experience in offline events are a must, encompassing the full spectrum from planning to hands-on execution.
  • A passion for working with technology products and solving consumer needs. Plus points if you are a master at positioning and promoting brands in a way that resonates with the target audience.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS internet industry, showcasing your ability to navigate complex markets. After all, your understanding of this industry will enable you to develop strategies that effectively promote our products and services.
  • A high-energy and results-oriented mindset coupled with the adaptability and willingness to embrace change will contribute to our company's continued success.
