Skills Required
- Applicant must have worked in the domain of brand management with understanding of brand positioning and communication development process.
- Sound understanding of media, BTL, and digital is required for the role of evaluation of various proposals.
- Applicant must be able to conceive a campaign and navigate various agencies to provide apt solution for the campaign.
- High degree of networking is expected with the role to coordinate and perform the given business task
- Applicant should have keen interest to learn and must be adaptable to work around challenging business situations.
- Experience of automobile industry/motorsports is an added advantage.
For Branding
- To support the head in all activities related to the brand, specifically
- Compilation of all brand and competitor related information
- Marketing communication
- Product planning
- Handling coordination and holding of events.
- Handling the outdoor media and coordination with local dealers and Advtg. Agency for local promos and campaigns. Good understanding of the automobile market
- Thorough understanding of the communication process, various media, experience on campaign building for Press, TV.
- Understanding of Print/Production processes.
- Some understanding of the consumer insight taking process.
- Handled and deep understanding of direct media/events.
- Ability to work on their own to deliver results should not need constant supervision and hand-holding
- Comfort with decisions under time pressure.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks/ various depts. Process orientation, operationally strong, team player.
Education: MBA
Relevant Experience: 5-8 years
