Job Title: Brand Manager
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation, and market share of Laxmipati Sarees. This role will involve managing brand identity, overseeing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Create and maintain a strong brand identity, including brand guidelines, messaging, and visual elements.
Oversee marketing campaigns, including advertising, public relations, social media, and events.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Manage brand partnerships and collaborations with influencers, retailers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Analyze brand performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing preferably in Fashion or Textile Industry.
Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
