Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Manager to oversee all digital activities for Imagicaa, Wet'nJoy and SaiTeerth, a leading water park brand and part of the Malpani Group, with multiple locations. The Brand Manager will be responsible for collaborating with performance marketing agencies, developing creative content ideas, enhancing brand strategies, and ensuring effective execution of digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brands and branding, possess exceptional creativity, and be passionate about driving brand success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing agencies to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and display networks.
- Develop innovative and engaging content ideas that resonate with the target audience, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Imagicaa, Wet'nJoy and Saiteerth brands and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
- Manage the brand's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends and technologies to leverage new opportunities for brand promotion and customer engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital activities with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years+) in digital marketing, brand management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and practices, with the ability to effectively collaborate with performance marketing agencies.
- Exceptional creativity with a demonstrated track record of developing compelling content ideas and campaigns.
- Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving brand growth and success.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
