Role Overview:
Own the Umbrella brand campaigns and brand purpose initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute 360* marketing campaigns for our brands.
- Driving brand awareness campaigns on digital and other platforms like ATL, Videos, TVC and
evaluate/monitor performance.
- Drive purpose led initiatives with external organizations.
- Create effective PR stories that can make our brand stand-out as a purpose-first brand.
- Maintain Brand calendar, budget and deliveries accordingly.
- Work on blue-ocean ideas and think big to create impactful brand properties.
- Work with revenue, NPD teams to identify levers for brand growth. Also, drive category insights based on internal analysis and competition assessment.
Qualification:
- Masters degree in management/marketing.
- Experience: 3-5 years marketing experience where brand campaigns have been managed.
- Worked on 360* marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work with multiple external agencies including creative.
- Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation.
- Strong creative sensibilities.
- High ownership and passion.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/agencies.
- Experience working on multiple projects and managing tight timelines.
