At GO DESi, our mission is to make DESi POP'ular. We are a packaged food brand making regional DESi products relevant and accessible to customers while ensuring quality and authenticity. Today the bulk of our products operate in the Impulse category. Our best seller is DESi POPz, we sell more than 90 lakh POPz monthly. Our other categories include DESi Meetha, DESi Mints, and DESi Bytes. We have an integrated backend i.e. we own the entire supply chain from sourcing to manufacturing.

Brief

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to help establish structure, added strategic perspective and allow for adequate support to all verticals of business growth & sales channels as we are expanding in a large scale.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights for one of the leading verticals at GO DESi
• Work with cross-functional Sales & Growth channels to translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
• Devise market plans & strategy for existing & new product launches - Product Packaging, Ad Campaigns & Visibility
• Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of Brand Management experience with a leading consumer brand
• Apply strategic thinking and teamwork skills to drive brand growth and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in brand marketing with a focus on strategic growth.
• Strong skills in cross-functional management to coordinate with various teams effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in vendor management to maintain productive and efficient partnerships.
• Expertise in content development to create engaging and impactful marketing materials.
