Job Description

This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company's business goals.
  • Define the brand's positioning, values, and messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling brand assets (logos, color schemes, fonts, etc.).
  • Plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the brand.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources for various marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand alignment.
  • Provide brand-related guidance and support to internal teams.
  • Foster relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and consumer research.
  • Use insights to drive brand innovation and improvements.
  • Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Engage with the online community to build brand loyalty and address consumer inquiries.
  • Monitor digital metrics and analytics to measure brand performance online.
  • Manage public relations activities to enhance the brand's image.
  • Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Track brand performance using key metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
