This key role is responsible for establishing strategies and philosophies that will drive sales and plans to achieve targeted revenue objectives, ensuring that decisions drive the long-term success of the department And Ensuring closing the deals.
ABOUT THE JOB
Cultivate and manage strong business relationships with current and potential sponsors.
Ensure Market outreach to all potential advertisers.
Manage Sponsor, Partner & agency relationships via quality communication.
Contact prospective companies and individuals to initiate the sales effort. Follow up on leads generated.
Schedule meetings, prepare, customize, and present sponsorship sales proposals to potential sponsors & partner agencies.
Negotiation skills are a must.
Should be quick enough to make decisions regarding brand deals
Negotiate and compile sales contracts and agreements.
Deliver requested information to potential sponsors in a timely manner.
Lead or assist in the negotiations of building sponsors.

Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in business development or a related field with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed expectations.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work
