The Brand Manager will develop and execute strategic brand plans for our surgical product portfolio. This role reports to the Marketing Director and involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure product success.
Key responsibilities include defining brand positioning:
Creating marketing campaigns, and collaborating with sales, Marketing, Digital & Ecommerce Teams.
Driving brand awareness, product adoption, and market share growth through market research, digital content, and promotional activities.
Monitor brand health
Manage Marketing budgets
Lead event participation.
Reguirements:
Degree in Engineering / B.Pharm or MBA
Atleast 1 year of Experience in Pharmaceutical or Surgical FieldSales/ Marketing ,
Strong communication
BusinessOriented Analytical skills
Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry are essential.
